2006年董事長吳燕斌先生創(chuàng)辦美菰林。同年，向國家商標總局申請注冊“美菰林”商標。
ThecompanypresidentMr.WuYanbinfoundedtheMeigulinCompanyin2006.Inthesameyear,theapplicationfortheregisterofthetrademark“MEIGULIN”wassubmittedtotheNationalTrademarkBureau.
2007年蘭孚商標申請注冊，同年，邵武美菰林衛(wèi)生用品有限公司成立。美菰林第一款自主研發(fā)的足部抗菌乳膏正式面市。
Thecompanyappliedforthetrademark“LanFu”in2007.ShaowuMeigulinSanitaryProductLtd.wasfoundedinthesameyear.Thefirstproductofanti-bacterialcreamforfootdevelopedbyMeigulincametothemarket.
2008年蘭孚商標與美菰林商標通過相關部門正式審批。美菰林的產(chǎn)品由福建市場走向全國市場。同年，泉州分公司成立。福州總部劃分為終端組及渠道組。蘭孚乳膏升級為真菌清霜，憑借這款深受大眾消費者喜愛的產(chǎn)品，成功與福建醫(yī)藥連鎖巨頭新紫金醫(yī)藥達成合作協(xié)議。
Thetrademarks“LanFu”and“MEIGULIN”wasregisteredin2008.TheproductsofMeigulinwerenolongerlimitedinthemarketofFujianprovince,andcametothenationalmarket.TheQuanzhouBranchwasfoundedinthesameyear.TheheadofficeinFuzhouwasdividedintotheTerminalDepartmentandtheChannelDepartment.TheLanFucreamwasupdatedtoafungalcleansingcream.Withthispopularproduct,wereachedanagreementofcooperationwithXinzijinMedicine,whichisaleadingmedicalchainenterpriseinFujianprovince.
2009年美菰林公司建立自主研發(fā)中心，為美菰林后續(xù)的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與品質(zhì)提升打下堅實的基礎，并從國外引進多臺先進設備。公司成立了連鎖事業(yè)部，團隊進一步壯大。同年，真菌清霜在重慶地區(qū)獲得了“十大金牌產(chǎn)品”的榮譽稱號。

2010年經(jīng)過公司專家多年精心研發(fā)出的蘭孚足癬寧足浴液順利獲得國家發(fā)明專利。同年，美菰林茶樹試種植基地正式建成。

（二）公司與全國醫(yī)藥連鎖巨頭海王星辰醫(yī)藥連鎖、上海華氏藥業(yè)達成合作協(xié)議。
（三）公司旗下品牌增加至七個（蘭孚、美菰林、宜紡潔、靈兒欣、銳力虎、芙潔爾、植素堂）。
（四）美菰林被評為“重合同守信用”單位。
（五）公司正式遞交由國家科技部、國家財政部認定的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)及雙體系認證申請（ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證、OHSAS18001職業(yè)健康安全體系認證）。
（六）美菰林總部設立了企劃部、營銷部、廠部、行政人事部、財務部、技術(shù)部等6大部門。上海、四川、漳州、三明、寧德、南平、龍巖、廈門相繼成立分公司及辦事處。
（七）美菰林澳樹佳生物科技有限公司正式成立，從而為萃取出純正的茶樹精油打下了堅實的基礎。
（八）美菰林獲得治療足部真菌感染乳膏藥物組合及其制法專利。

2013年年初，美菰林公司向國家監(jiān)管部門遞交了成立美菰林微生物研究所的申請，并獲得審批通過。同時，美菰林向知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局再次遞交了5項發(fā)明專利申請。
